MHSS Return Policy
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and the defect. MHSS will coordinate and accept exchanges solely based on our discretion.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. This determination is based solely on the judgement of MHSS staff. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price with USD through a credit transaction or check. If you are eligible for a replacement, MHSS will send you a replacement product.
When you order from a seller that fulfils and ships it own inventory (also called a third-party seller), your return is sent back to the seller instead of MHSS Shop. While most sellers offer a return policy equivalent to MHSS Shop, you must review all relevant return polices including that of the third party.
If you are eligible for a return, you can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. All refunds are subject to a fee based on the fees MHSS must pay to the third-party seller for the return. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. To follow-up on the status of your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
What are the conditions for a Refund or Replacement?
- Item received is physically damaged.
- Item received has missing parts or accessories.
- Item received is different from its description on the product detail page.
- Item received is defective/does not work properly.
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include opened items, used items, food items, and some other types of items.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
