We currently do not accept insurance payments for online purchases. Insurance payments must go through our Mount Holly office location.
If you are having website difficulties, please contact our technical support. If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact our customer service.
Most of our vendors do not accept returns, so in most cases we cannot either. Unless a product is damaged upon receipt, or an entirely different item than what was ordered is received, we are unable to accept returns.
Our online store serves the entirety of the United States. However, our Mount Holly office location only serves the region covered by USFHP – Saint Vincent. This region includes New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut.
Our Mount Holly office location will accept all insurances for which we are in network with, so long as the equipment is covered as per the current fee schedule. Our network includes USFHP, AmeriHealth, Horizon NJ Health, Medicare, and most workers compensation insurances.
